Who we are
Curiosity in Practice is an independent consultancy based in the UK.
You can contact us at: info@curiosityinpractice.co.uk
(Our full trading address is available on request for contractual or legal purposes.)
What personal data we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us — for example when you use our contact form, sign up to a mailing list or email us. This may include your name, email address, phone number and any details you include in your message.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver services you request, or send updates you have opted in to. We do not sell or rent your information.
Website hosting and analytics
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Like most web servers, GoDaddy automatically collects and stores technical information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) for security and performance.
We only see aggregated statistics about site traffic and cannot identify individual visitors unless they voluntarily submit their details.
If we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), these may place cookies on your device to collect anonymous usage data. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share data with
We may share your personal data with trusted associates and partner organisations working with us where this is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver the services you have requested. All such parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may only use the information for the agreed purpose.
We also share data with service providers who support our website or email systems (for example, GoDaddy as our hosting provider) and only to the extent necessary to operate our services.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry or to provide services to you, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@curiosityinpractice.co.uk
